it doesnt have to exit behind the rear axel. mine doesnt. mines fine. sounds good. when yer in the back seat you can feel the flowmaster vibrateing yer butt.

mike, yes it does. it is federal law. the exhaust must exit behind the rear axle on a pollution controlled vehicle if any of the vehicles passenger cabin protrudes behind the axle. It Is a dept of transportation rule...just most cops dont enforce it b/c they dont know about it.

oh i know what your talking about, i was looking at it from a legal standpoint, i thought you were talkiing about it not working well if it dumped outa the muffler. but yeh i have had no tailpipe for a while now and ive never had and legal problems. ihave had cops check to make sure i didnt have a no-cat h-pipe but they never said anything about the lack of tailpipe.

jim it wouldn't be a fedral offense because there is alreayd 1 on there and as long as you have one it is legal. I won't do it for fear of computer getting screwed...
