Fluctuating fan speeds

I have a 2012 explorer XLT with ford touch. The other day the a/c blowers began fluctuating speeds. The duel climate is set on same temp. It occurs if the selection is on exterior or interior flow. There really seems to be combo of settings in which the issue doesn't occur. Also, I don't know if the rear climate uses the same blower but I don't believe the speed fluctuates on rear. Although I have not trouble shot the rear to confirm.

Since you're concerned, Milamja, it might be wise to have your dealership inspect. Come back and post your results after your appointment. How many miles are currently on the Explorer?
