Well, thankfully, the rear wiper is working flawlessly now, and no more issues with the fuel system. Now I'm just looking for upgrades.
My '05 has SecuriLock keys and factory keyless. Seperate key and remote. While doing some nosing around, I found Ford has released a 1-piece key/remote for the Fusion and Edge, and I'm trying to figure out if it would work with my Explorer. Anyone have any idea or tried this with your own truck?
On my XLS, if I wanted upgrade to some of the factory options, like changing my steering wheel to have the radio controls, or factory lighted running boards (I think I've seen them on this body style), the factory security system or remote start, etc... is the wiring already in place, or am I looking at aftermarket parts and hacking my electrical system?
What type of engine upgrades can I do to this truck that I could get better performance and better mileage, and not cause the computer to throw a different error code every time I start up? I'm catching word the computer on this truck is EXTREMELY picky about what it will and won't allow. Right down to not allowing piggy-back performance chips.
