it will work if you have the same fusebox and same designation spots as the one pictured

When I had my stock fogs in my 98, I wired them up to so I could turn them on whenever I wanted. I dont remember who it was but someone did a write up on how to make them run with the parking lights (I know, in 99 then turn on with the parking lights ;) ) but instead of running it to the parking light circuit, I just ran it to a 12V source. Is that what you are talking about?

Thanks, thats exactly what I was seeking, I somehow neglicted to read it earlier.

Isn't it illegal to have fog lights and high beams on at the same time?

Doesn't make any sense. Who cares whats on with your high beams, you don't have them on when other people are on the road anyway.

Yeah, I know. Thats the way I see it.

But when somebody forgets to turn off their high beams, you're already blinded bad enough. More lights would make it that much worse. Then you really wouldn't be able to see anything and could cause a wreck.

Right, you see, all the laws are made because of the stupid people. If there were no stupid people, things would be so much better.... :o

The main reason is because fog lights are for FOG. If you turn on your high beams in fog you will be blind because the light reflects right back at you. Fog lights point at the ground. I will do this mod because with your high beams on you can't see anything right in front of you.

AMEN!!!

if someone "appears" to be "aloof" in their driving courtesy, a quick flash of your highbeams should do it [in an ideal world i guess].

if you "have a clue" and dip them with on-coming traffic what's the problem???

That's the thing, most people dont have a clue... that's why that law is there.
