Hi I was looking to install some aftermarket fog lights. Can I simply wire them to the parking lights?

Did you want them always on? Personally I would rather a switch on the dash to control that independent of the parking lights being on, which those equipped with stock fog lights should have. I assume it does not already have stock fog lights and no switch or location for one on the dash?

I don't know the stock wiring for that so I'd find one at a junk yard with fog lights to see how it's set up and consider just taking the fog lights and wiring from one there.

If on the other hand you already have stock fog lights, just use that circuit, wiring, and switch to power the new ones instead.

I think you'd be asking for trouble to wire fog lights to the parking light circuit. A fog/driving light draws way more amps than the parking light, and you talking about having both on at the same time. I'd add a relay and a separate switch. Mount the relay somewhere on the radiator core support to keep it close to the lights. When the relay energizes it can draw power directly from the battery. Also add an inline fuse to protect your circuit.
