? for my other explorer 1991 xlt

We had the front end worked on and the low range light doesn't come on or work... the hight range still works. Any ideas?

is the truck at a stop, in 4x4 hi, and tranny in nuetral or park? if not 4x4 lo will not engage.....

Anyone else have any ideas? Could the mechanic have unplugged something? Has got to be something minor.
