I have their single chip and I love it. Def a worthwhile mod! :chug:

We have over 30 now, thinking of getting in? Still plenty of time.

sorry!!

I'm new to explorers, sooooooooooooo. What is this chip, and, what can I expect? 95 EB 4.0

What is a hand held flasher???

From what I hear, improved performance and mgh gains.

What is a hand held flasher?
A small handheld computer type thing that will change the program of the computer in your X to gain peformance and mgh.

Correct me if I am wrong. :)

IMHO - If you get the flasher, then you can do your buddies' X for say a small fee, and help cut the costs, if your buddies X is similar to yours.

flasher only works on one truck... it stores your stock program in it so you can "unflash" you explorer and go back to stock.

If you use it on another truck you will loose your stock program.

I was going to get one a while back, but glad I didn't. With a 5 speed stick it would do me little good. I think the greatest benefit is being able to change shift points with these chips.

I was thinking the same thing until i figured out my tranny isnt electronically controlled. Hopefully i will see some good improvements with it though.

dont you have to use premium fuel with these chips?

any input from the V8 folks? 200 is a lot.

You can get the chip programmed to run whichever octane you want.
