I have the Ford JBL Premium front speakers (the two way speakers with the 4" woofer and tweeter) and I noticed that they are internally crossed over with a high pass filter (I'm using a full-range amplifier, not a crossed over Ford JBL amplifier). I'm assuming this is to keep the woofers from blowing. Does anyone know the crossover frequency for these speakers? I'm asking this because I'm thinking of adding another pair as my rear speakers, but I don't want there to be a gab between the frequency response of these speakers and where the subwoofer picks response up at.
