Ford Pass Service History

Trying to add a service history record. I can get mileage,date, service location done. When I press select services nothing happens. I press select inspections and a pop up appears with 2 options safety or emission. I can add notes and cost. If I select just inspection and then try to save I get a warning at top of screen "We were unable to add your service record, please try again". I don't have to connect option. Not an AT&T mobile user. I understand that's required. Is that my issue? Tried to do the same with my wife's 2017 which has no sync. Exact same error.

Did you try Ford Pass help first? Honestly their app is lousy. Not sure if adding the service uploads it to history or just your reading pleasure.

I checked fordpass.com. Couldn't find anything on service history. Most of it revolves around the connect option and initial setup.
