Greetings all,
My name is Mike and I live in Auburn, Alabama.
I am the proud owner of what my wife thinks is a clunker but I love... a 1993 Ford Explorer XLT w/heavy tow & suspension package.
My very first car was a 1968 Ford Fairlane 500 with a 289 CID V8.
Since, I have been the proud owner of a 1970 Mercury Montego (that was a crazy ride!), a 1961 Mercury Comet S22 Sport and a 1965 F-100 short-bed with a 250 straight six.
My Explorer and I are sometimes the butt of family jokes... the power windows operate by physically lifting and depressing them and my gas gauge doesn't work so I occasionally run out of fuel. But... when nobody else's vehicle is able to haul something from the local Home Depot? Guess who they come to?
Just looking for folks who I can identify with
