FORScan Security Access Failed

Hi, I just installed a new platinum cluster in my friends 2016 Explorer and I cannot program the as built data because it says "Security Access Failed - Keys are wrong". Is there a way to correct this?

The RPMs do not work either on the cluster when the vehicle is started.

I've solved the issue, just needed to create a new profile. Now the fuel gauge does not move at all, it's stuck at a full tank and the vehicle has approx 3/4 tank.
