While cleaning ex I noticed a small grove in front passenger rotor I checked to see if I picked up a rock or something but couldn't see anything . Has anyone had a problem with pads or this problem before

The way these wheels expose so much of the brakes I'm not too surprised to read your post. I guess it's possible something got picked up between the pad and the rotor. Not being too familiar technically with this, I wonder if it could still be stuck on the pad itself. Perhaps you might better off speaking with your dealer on this. I believe the warranty coverage on the brakes is only 12K miles or 20K kilometers. I don't recall anyone else with this particular issue.
When I replace my 20's with the 17" Winter wheels, the brake components are covered to a greater degree. In fact I can't even see them which is good as it should help in preventing the amount of debris that could splash on them.
Good luck.

Hi Express.

I also recommend you have a dealer take a look at this. Let me know how it goes and I will step in, if necessary!

Brakes = 1yr/12,000 mile warranty.

Take it in if you are concerned.
