Don't know about the clicks, or whether I had the same clonks, but mine appeared to check out OK despite a clonk on bumps. Said about this to the guy doing my MOT after he had checked the suspension, so he went back with a 4 foot long bar and started levering on everything. This showed the lower left ball joint to be completely knacked. Did not show up at first as it is normally under heavy tension.

cheers mate, i think ill do that 4 foot long bar thing then

If I remember right, when I took my front torsion bars out they had like a rubber sheath on the rear ends. Mine had worn right through so I had metal to metal contact. I glued on some pieces of stiff rubber that stopped the noise for a while. I don't know if you can buy these seperate though.
Mine was the clunking sound coming from near or under my seat.

Mate if you replaced the bushes, I would bet they are poly bushes.........Poly bushes should be lubricated! I used the heaevy grease that came with mine, but you can use any heavy grease as they are not eaten by oil and grease like rubber ones.
For instance, my antiroll bar bushes and drop links all replaced, I greased the bars at the mounting points and also loaded the bushes with grease before clamping and tightening. Check that mate. Also make sure your drop links are not too tight, the bushes should be just compressed not squashed!

just to add if i steer left right all down the road i get the clicks and clonks, just the same as before i replaced them bits. its all at the front where the noise is. i havnt had the time to look over it just yet but the weekend is coming so could do it then.

well after carfull speed humping iv worked out my rattles are coming from the rear, dont know whats there but it will all be replaced!
