Front diff leaking?

Looks like the front diff is leaking on my 06. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not sure if it's from the cover seal of the pinion seal.

Hi! Mine just started the other day on my 05! I'm trying to track it down now.

Hi there mine too, I just happend to be doing an oil change and noticed it! Let me know what ya come up with.

I have mine in the garage now with some white paper under it to see where it's coming from. The drop was more on the driver's side.

Mine WAS the pinion seal. Thought it was the oil pan or differential, but after I cleaned everything off a couple of times and drove it, it was the pinion seal. Bought the seal at NAPA for about $10 and my friend helped me replace it. With a lift and power tools it took about an hour.

Thanks for the replies! Mine is leaking from the diff cover. Does anyone know if there is a gasket or is it just a silicon seal?

Just silicone. After I did my pinion seal, I took off the diff. cover and changed the fluid.
