Hey, i have 97 AWD SOHC with the Ujoint front and CV joint rear style of drive shaft, i was wondering if the 96 style (ujoint front and double ujoint on the rear) would fit into my truck?

if not what do i need to do to modify it to work??

and how to you remove the half of the CV style joint from the t case??? does it just slide out? like the CV half shafts do from the front diff?

thanks, i saw that but im unsure if i can use it with my 4405 tcase :(

The front CV output (IIRC) uses a different method of attaching inside the t-case.... You'd basically need an entire front half of the case.... It's not a simple swap.

Won't work. Angles would likely be off as well and it's a different length.
