Hey all

I just did a complete rebuild of my front suspension (rotors, calipers, pads, brake hoses, upper and lower control arms, sway bar links and bushings, camber adjusters, shocks, inner and outer tie rod ends, bearing assemblies) on both sides. I'm getting a clunk from the front end now when pulling away from a stop or braking hard - which components would be suspect? I did recheck most of the bolts and they are tight.

It's a 98 OHV, 4wd. 200k miles.

Thanks!

Unload the front and shake the upper control arms for ANY movement.
My passenger side rear camber nut loosened 1/8" and clunked loudly.
IIRC, the torque spec is 98 ft/lbs and required a 21mm long socket.
Tighten with wheels on the ground to avoid binding the arm bushings. GL
