Hey guys. I have a 97 Explorer AWD which started developing a slight vibration. Replaced rotors,pads,lower ball joints and upper a-arms. Was ok for a little bit but started to shake and howl a little as I slowed down. As I accelerated, the noise went away. Started getting worse then got a loud pinging,grinding and heavy vibration. Ended up getting it towed and had both front wheel hub assys replaced. Still there. I removed the front driveshaft and the noise went away. Grabbed the right CV shaft and shook it front to back and it had some play. Bought 2 new CV shafts which are in process of being installed. I inspected the driveshaft and the u-joint was in great shape. Now when I put the drive shaft(not done yet) and the noise returns, what do you think that my next step should be. Haven't gotten to that point yet but I just want to forshadow. Thank you in advanced
