front end problem

i don't have a lot of mechanical knowledge so i am hopin someone can help i have a 2001 explorer sport and the problem is the right front wheel is turned all the way in and the left is straight is this a ball joint roblem or what?

Which ever wheel isn't turning probably has a failed tierod.
