shudder problem fixed.
Guys, I replaced both the U joints on the rear driveshaft. One of the caps on the on the rear diff u joint had no needle bearings left in it. The shudder is gone, even under heavy acceleration. Still have to deal with the wheel bearing noise issue though. Thank for your help!
