Just bought this van. We got strong rains again today and came out to a lot of dripping water. I took down the hard headliner and its soaked around the front near the windshield, but I can't tell if its coming in there or above inside the frame where I cant see very well.

Thanks for any experience you can share on this.

I can tell someone has removed it before to probably investigate this issue, because the door/window trim is cracked partially on one side, many screws are wrong.

If the rear window is leaking in the hatch it's bolted it. Get inside and have some one spray water on it. If back you need a 6 foot 2-4 to prop up the hatch because you have to remove the plastic trim panel or use vice grips to hold the hatch open if your struts are week.
Once plastic trim removed un plug rw def wires carefully don't brake them. I think there 1/4 brass nuts about 10 because the window is bonded to the plastic trim around the glass. Scraped out the old gasket goob a MF to clean. Don't use silicone I did it don't work. You need budle windshield tape. It's part rope part tar napa and car quest sell it on a roll $28.00 put it on the hatch with cars sticky **** get a buddy and place the window back in. Tap it with your hand to set it and bolt it back in. Don't brake that plastic window seal. I had to cut mine out because it was really stuck. I used weed wackier string to cut the gasket buy running it around the window frame and the plastic window holder.

As far as the windshield I don't know, are you sure you doors don't leak around the opening since it's a cargo no side windows. Do you have a roof rack they leak. Check that out also.

Interesting that it looks more like excessive condensation than a water leak.

either have the wind shield removed and resealed or try clear silicone across the top.worked for me on a work van.
