Front Receiver?

I've looked high, low, and in between, and I can't seem to come across a front hitch for the 2nd gen Explorers. Is this really true, or does someone out there know something I don't? Or am I stuck fabricating one? I've seen one for a 01-05 sport track which is exactly what I need, but I don't know how different the frame is.

I say fabricat one even if you do find one on the shelf. Then post pics of your skill so we can see it and others to learn how to do it on their trucks
