my 2001 EB Ex has really nice leather seats.. power, heated, etc. but, they aren't very comfortable.... if I want to lean my head back, I'm staring at the ceiling! It's just because the seats seem to go back at a weird angle right about where my upper back is, and it's very uncomfortable sometimes because I want to rest my head and I can't...

Are there any other seats out that there, say from an Expedition, that would fit in exactly where our seats are and are more comfortable?

I am pretty sure that the only seats that would just bolt up are from Explorers, Merc. Mount., and Navajos. There may be others, but I am not sure

Are there any other seats that might be more comfortable? Maybe from newer models...

I am not sure, but seats from a Lincoln Aviator might fit in there.

Get the seat from a Limited. The buckets are totally different than the sport buckets you have. The Limited seats have thicker leather, 4-way adjustable headrests, power lumbar, heated function if you can find one to replace your heated Eddie Bauer seats and best of all, it's a complete plug-in because the circuits are pretty much the same other than the memory function.
