front strut spacer install

i cant get my front strut out,,if i add a spacer how do i get it back in

You need to take separate the tie rod, remove the sway bar link and remove the axle nut to get enough room to jam that up there

I just installed 4 quick struts from Monroe on mine and had to remove the tie rod, and end links. Left the CV shaft in though.

Axel nut should come off for the extra clearance for the spacer though. I left it on to just replace the shocks when I did it and it was still a bit of a pain getting the new one in

Same for me. Tie rods, upper ball joint from knuckle, and end links have to be disconnected.
