Hey Guys,
I know I've posted this problem before, but since then it's gotten worse. I have a 1998 XLT 4X4. Here's the problem. It seems as though when my front suspension is extended, or slightly manipulated, I here and feel a sort of click click, or tick tick, I'm not sure how to describe this noise. I've checked the shocks, I've checked that all bolts are tightened properly, and I've run out of things to check. Please some one help me out. I will appreciate it greatly.

p.s. I have relatively new Rancho 9000's on the front, and I have tightened the torsion bars as wells, although I've set then at the stock height and the problem is still there.

Need more info

Does it accure during braking, cornering, suspension travel, when 4x4 is engaged ? Have you checked the u-joints, the brake caliper hold downs, lock washers on the lugs? Can you feel it in the steering or braking? Need more info..

Is it a loud noise like a "thunk"? Check out the thread called WARNING:Superlift problem
