I have a '99 XLT and am having a problem with the front wipers. It usually works when I first start the vehicle. But, it seems to quit after the engine warms up. (Or when it rains!! 
) I'm not sure if it could be the relay or the switch. I'm not sure how to go about testing it. Has anybody else had this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
