I'm working on a '98 explorer xlt 4.0. The problem was that the front wipers didn't work. I assumed this would be an easy fix. The sprayer works and when I turn the wipers on/off, I can feel the wiper park relay click. I felt nothing from the wiper hi/low relay. I swapped relays and it made no difference. At the plug for the motor, I only have power at one spot and it's on with ign. (may by constant power though, I don't remember, but the switch didn't effect it). The wiper motor is good though according to the bench test. I was kinda ruling out multi-function switch because the relay kicks but now I'm open to any opinions.
