FS10 Compressor Wiring - clutch?

My shuttle bus came with a Seltec A/C compressor (TM-16HS) for the auxiliary A/C unit. Well that compressor is pretty much dead and I want to convert it to a compressor which is easier to find at local part stores. I checked the specs on this Seltec compressor and it is pretty much the same as a typical Ford FS-10 unit (displacement) and the in/out ports on the back are compatible. So overall, it sounds like the FS-10 will work just fine (just have to weld up a new bracket).

My question is: am I right to assume that the two pins on the FS-10's connector are purely for the compressor's clutch and nothing else?

I can pretty much assume it is (since there's no other electrical parts) but I just wanted to make sure.

Your bus has 2 compressors?
Thats right, it has two - one for the main and one for the aux. And the other one is an FS-10, which is why I'd like to replace the Seltec so both of them are the same and would make things easier in the long run.

Did you consider using an electric compressor instead of a belt driven compressor? There are compressors designed to run on 12 VDC (both brushless & brush designs).
I'd rather not convert to an electric compressor because FS-10s are available everywhere and as mentioned, I'd like to have both compressors the same model.

EDIT - I guess I'll do a pinout of the other compressor's connector.

One more thing to consider is Polar they sell red dot equipment for a good price and usually compressors ground through the engine or what ever they are attached to some compressors have internal thermal switches that open a luquid injection valve to cool the compressor by sending sub-cooled liquid refrigerent directly to the compressor via a much smaller hose usally taped into the suction line at the compressor.
