Fuel Filter is knocking against frame -

I noticed a recent tinny/knocking sound going over uneven road. Checked it out and sure enough the fuel filter mount is unattached on one side and knocking into the frame. One side of the fuel filter mount is attached to steel lines but the other side, has this tab that is like 2 inches long, and there is enough play in the lines that this metal tab will knock against the frame which is about 1/2 inch under it. I dont see where this tab attaches too... can someone post a pic or give some direction here? I put a rubber shim in there to get rid of that annoying noise but I want to properly secure that sucker... oh and the filter was replaced about 7-8 months ago (not by me) but noticed the sound recently... could be because I just started putting the windows down.

No hits. I know this is a uncommon at best but if someone could post a pic of how the fuel filter mount (that pressure clamp thing) should be installed I would appreciate it immensely.
