Anyone ever use it with successes? If you did did the vehicle run worst before it got better? I have one #4 stuck open. I put in Lucus Injector cleaner to try it out and it seems like it got worst. When cold it isn't too bad but when warm sputters a lot up to 2k rpm's. I haven't used the whole tank yet and am hoping for the best. I was quoted $255 to replace just the one injector. Another place quoted me $1200 for all to be replaced. I can't do the work myself as I have a bad back and just to lean over the hood kills me. I am thinking about just selling the car and let the next person know it's problems.

How do you know the injector is stuck open? Is that cylinder flooding with fuel? If so, are you certain it's not because it's lacking ignition (spark) on that cylinder?

Injectors can fail 2 ways, electrically or mechanically.

There is no such thing as a mechanic in a bottle, unless you find a talented Genie.

Well I talked to a mechanic and he pretty much told me the same as you Mechanically or Electronically. I told him I smelled a lot of fumes when I had my window down. He said it most likely was stuck open. So it would be running rich wouldn't it? It sputters hard until I get above 2k RPM's.
