When i turn my key in the ignition, IF MY DOORS LOCK AND UNLOCK, THE FUEL PUMP REMAINS OFF. I have consistantly noticed that when they lock/unlock upon keyturn, the fuel pump does not get power. I have to lock and unlock the car, play with the door buttons, jiggle the key, and it will start again. Usually takes anywhere from 5-45 minutes of messing with stuff. Its happened like 20 times and 45 minutes was the longest i waited . I've tried taking the battery terminals off, checked fuses, nothing seems odd. I feel like its security related.

does the check engine light come on when key is turned befor starting?

if not check the EGR Valve Position Sensor which looks like this http://www.kemparts.com/TechTalk/149-112.jpg
if its worn out will cause a short in the pcm and the check engine light will not come on, try unpluging it and see if the pump works.
