Where is the fuel pressure regulator on a 2002 sport trac 4.0

On my 2001 4wd sport trac it's inside the gas tank, with a single fuel outlet. It's more of a pressure relief valve as the pump works continuously to maintain a pressure of 65 to 75 psi (mines 72 psi at idle).
