Under the hood.Right by the heater motor on the r/s fender area.

thanks.

not sure if that is the problem. has anyone had a problem that when they have the key on engine off it makes a clicking noise and only stops when the fuse for the fuel pump is taken out?

no.... one way to test it is just put the blower motor relay in there and see what happens

The fuel pump relay is under the fuse box in the engine compartment. Most people have the problem that the fuel pump stays on when the key is off, runs down the battery. It is simple and cheap to replace the fuel pump relay. Use a spray lubricat like WD 40 prior to sliding the fues box and relay cover. Use motorcraft replacement relays. Replace both the FPR and the EEC relay, the third (front end) is the wide open throttle relay for the air conditioning.

I'm sorry... I guess the relays changed from 91 to 94
