Fuse Panel Location

Ok I tried the search feature, but came up empty handed. My driverside mirror light and driver side brake light went out. I tried looking for the fuse panel but could not find it. I found the one in the engine bay but nothing in it was blown, I know previous cars have had fuse panels inside of the cab but I am lost can someone help?

on my 95 its on the side of the dash and is covered when the door is shut
