For those of you who have dropped/replaced their gas tanks (GJarrett, DeRocha, et. al.), could someone confirm the number of connections?

SVO (Jeff) and I are researching the possibility of mounting a tank in the area where the spare tire is located (put the weight over the rear axle and eliminate "Driver's Side Sag"). We'd prefer to use something that's in production as opposed to having a custom tank fabricated or use a fuel cell. The dealer tells me an Explorer tank should have five connections (I'm talking actual holes in the tank not lines, hoses, etc. that run to the tank); Fill, Fill Vent, Sender, Evaporator and Transducer. I did a Search and am almost positive that 5 is correct but if someone could confirm this, we'd appreciate it.

Also, could someone provide the size of the opening for the sender?

TIA - Dave.
