Gauge Cluster Wires

I'm looking for a list of wires so I can splice in some after market gauges, like fuel, volt, water temp, etc. I found one for 93-94 rangers, but im not sure they are the same for explorers. Heres the ranger one: http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/instrument_cluster_wires.htm

Buy a Scanguage II. It will provide all that info and more and it just plugs into the OBD II port.
