It looks like an excellent deal if it's really new. It doesn't come with the torque converter. I doubt that you could buy a new one. I tried to order a new one about 13 years ago, and the dealer told me that they don't make them anymore. Only a remanufactured one was available.

I think they're 1st gen boxes anyway.. Don't think they'll be much use either..
