Generations?

Hi everyone,

I am new to the explorer crowd, so don't laugh too hard. What are the generations that everyone talks about? I have looked all over this website and so far have not figured it out.

I know my 89 ranger is a 2nd gen and I know the 3rd gen started in 93, but I lost track of even them after that.

Can someone post the years for each explorer generations or show me where to find them?

91-94 first gen

95-01 second gen

02-current 3rd gen

I didn't either. I have been looking since I joined. There needs to be a link to that somewhere pinned or something. Its awesome for us newbies!
