My Ex has been beating me do death lately and it's clear it's time to replace the shocks after 142K. I have never done shocks before, but it appears to be a simple job. Question though....does anyone know the torque specs for the shock bolts? Also, any suggestions for making the job go smoothly? Thanks!

I don't have the specs...I use common sense.

Suggestions? Make sure the women and children have left the room when you go to R & R the rear upper bolts. Man I could have come up with a better idea. How about a couple of studs on a plate you drop in from the top and just use nuts to fasten the shock???
