Getting the inner hub back on. Any tricks?

Disassembled my front wheel. The inner hub is being a pain and doesn't want to go back on. Any tips?

rubber mallet. tap it very gently.
 






8inches of 1.5inch PVC pipe was the perfect tool, perfect fit. Piece of wood and a hammer, instant success.

Exactly.. you need to seat the inner hub/cam assembly as a single unit (ie you can't use your hand to try and press it in). Using a pipe or similar tool to press it in evenly at the same time is the only way to go. In the 2nd pick a large socket can be seen as the hub/cam assembly is tapped into place.
