2000 Mountaineer
This is my third 2nd gen Mountaineer. I ended up getting this one recently because my Regal GS is getting iffy and with my new job I regularly travel at the worst of snow and ice storms. I have several 78-79 Broncos, but I wanted something a little more economical. I've been sorting a few different things out on this one, but I have some things I'm looking for easy answers on.
She's a 2000 Mount Premier w/ 119,000 miles, 5.0, awd. I just did a complete brake job front and rear including ebrakes. I also did a complete ball joint job and then had it aligned. It has the typical exhaust leak that my other two had, but this one is on the driver's side, otherwise she runs and drives quite well. It came with 5 new Goodyear Wrangler tire which aren't my favorite tire, but since I only paid $1200 for it I'm not complaining much. I also have a new set of the old style BFG Long Trails that are 15"x31's. As soon as I can round up a decent set of 15" rims I'll get those mounted and switch to those for winter.
When I get some pics I'll post up. For now I'll head to the tech section and post some questions.
