I don't recall anyone removing the glovebox trim but I'm guessing you may need those plastic trim removal tools that I've read about and used by several members. Is the trim cracked or are you looking to remove the entire glovebox?

If you look behind that molding there are 4 indentations. Drill them or use a razor carefully to expose 4 screws. Then you can replace it.
I can send pics later if you need it.
You need to pull out the whole glove box to do it.
