What a difference in steering response. I was going to tackle this job myself, after doing one of the uppers myself (and spending many hours on it) I decided to take it in and have the professionals do it.

Ended up costing me $220, parts, labor, tax total.

Next up is to do the other upper (the one piece design) I'm assuming this will be a pain too, huh?

let me tell you, the two piece design is a whole lot faster for me. When I did the driver side (1 piece), it was a pita getting the bolts out with all the stuff in the way. They decided to put very HARD lines right in front of them. Too bad you have two uppers with the 1 piece. I suppose it might be better because less parts to break but good luck with that.

I'm def not looking forward to do the uppers. The same shop quoted me $55 labor for each side, so $110 total (labor only to do both uppers)

i just haf the uppers and lowers done for $250 in labor. But I supplied the parts...it made a huge difference in the ride...and stopped all the squeeks.

Wow, $250 is pretty steep for just labor.

i had some work done on mine i had a hub bearing replaced, right upper control arm, driver lower ball joint plus a realignment done i didnt have the time to do them and the labor was 276.19 oout the door total cost was 657.19 i was out of town and my inlaws took care of the repairs for me ive done more repairs but the shop only gets to do the aligments now
