Just bought a 2004 Explorer about a month ago, when I bought it the ABS light was on, but other than that ti was in great condition and a great price, so I bought it. I ran my scanner on it and found the code for the rear axle sensor, and the C1440 pressure transducer. Replaced both those components after doing some research on this site, and the ABS light is off, and the cruise control works perfectly.
