Good evening, all!
I just joined the Forum, after having found info several times in the past. Better late than never, I guess.
FYI - I have 2 Explorers:
1) a black 4 door 2000 XLT 4.0 SOHC 4x4 that I bought in 2002 with 24k on it - it now has 258k, with a rebuilt tanny, but starts 1st turn of the key every day, whether it's 4 degrees or 104 (and in Alabama, I've had both in the last couple years.)
2) a White Platinum Tri Coat 4-door 2010 Eddie Bauer 4.6 V8 4x4 that I bought this past September (2013) with 37k.
I absolutely love BOTH these trucks. I do have a post to make, but I will put that in the Tech area.
Anyways, thanks for all the info I have already received, and for that to come.
