hello everyone, i picked up my first explorer today, and all i can say is wow.....its a much nicer suv then i ever though it would be.
I picked up a 93 xlt with all the options but leather, got her for 300.00
she needs a little bodywork, and she's got some high miles, but drives great!
and of course being the person i am, i have already installed my stereo system, it consists of a single Fi BL subwoofer, a modified memphis 16-ST1500D, Hifonics eagle 4 channel for the mids, infinity kappa series door speakers and alpine 9883 headunit.
after restoring her back to reasonable shape i plan on installing a billet grill, rollpan, shave handles, rear window/hatch latch, rear wiper, keyless entry clear corners, clear turn tignals, 10% rear windows, 35% front and brow, lower 3 inches
already have my paint picked out as well, two-tone candy blue, and silver.
