Good evening everyone, just dropping by to introduce myself.
My name is Mike and I own a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited, just purchased 14 days ago so I'm still a noob. It is a CPO and I have the extended warranty, and I'm already thankful for that as it is now on day 3 of being in the shop.
I'll have to elaborate more on the myriad of issues I'm experiencing, but I'm giving the dealership a chance to straighten everything out before I air any dirty laundry. I've already sent a PM to a Ford Service Rep about the situation and I look forward to working things out.
I love the Explorer though, this is my 3rd. Had a 1993 Eddie Bauer in Black with tan leather, and a 1997 Eddie Bauer dark green with tan leather. My 2011 is Limited with the 2 tone Black and Tan leather, it looks glorious. I'll get some pics up once it is out of the shop at the dealership.
I've been reading helpful hints and tips on here for weeks before purchasing so I knew a whole lot about them before I bought, so thank you all for that.
