grille assembly

i recently yanked out my grille assembly and i was wondering how to put those black clip things back on the grille. i was also wondering if they were necessary

Generally speaking you could run into a noise vibration or harshness concern if you don't replace them. Take a look in a junk yard or simular vehicle.
