Grille Inserts? Light Bars?

I've recently been looking around for black billet grille insert and a black light bar. If anyone has either of these and is happy with the installation i'd love some feedback on where you got them.

The company i just ordered my chrome billet grill insert also has the black billet grill insert. it is supposed to be in by this Friday, and the "update" will be on my thread, as a before and after. i'll let you know how it worked out.
