Grinding from wheel bearings?

Hello

I just recently replaced my front brakes 2 weeks ago, I replaced the rotors, pads, and cleaned and repacked the bearings. Reinstalled exreything and a few days later it started grinding very bad, it wasnt a contant grind and the brake pedal did not seem to affect it, well, I took it all apart and did it again twice, it almost went away, and now it is getting louder again. This seems to be comming from the front passenger.

It almost seems like it could be the abs sensor hitting the rotor.

I also did not tighten it down very much the second time.

Any suggestions?

I would replace the bearings AND races and see if that solved the problem.

And when you tighten spindle nut, tighten about 5lbs. then back off 1. then make sure rotor spins without drag.
