Grinding while braking

So... When im braking or accelerating at low speeds theres this grinding noise. When I brake it gets worse and when I stop the wheel pulls very hard to the left. Any ideas?

It sounds like a trip to your dealer is in order, Explorer718. What's the current mileage on your Explorer?

I'd look at your rotors and pads, they sound like you've worn them out on the right side, so only the left side is braking.
